Scheduling & Cancellations

Book by Sunday for the upcoming week to guarantee availability.

Visits booked with less than 20 hours' notice incur a $5 late fee.

Cancellations with <12 hours will receive a 50% cancellation fee. Visits cancelled after arrival will be charged full cost of visit.
Client Responsibilities

Provide working keys or lockbox access.

Leave all supplies accessible: leash, food, medications, etc.

Keep pet profiles updated with behavior, medical needs, and feeding routines. Updates to your pet's profile and instructions must be added to the app. Verbal or texted changes cannot be guaranteed unless also updated in writing through the portal.
​Pet Health & Safety

Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.

We cannot care for sick pets without prior notice.

We’ll seek vet care in emergencies if you or your emergency contact can't be reached.
Inclement Weather

Walks may be shortened for safety during extreme heat, cold, or storms.

Time will be spent indoors with your pet if outdoor walks aren't safe.
Visit Procedures

Each visit includes: walk, water refill, feeding (if needed), and post-visit report.

Our app tracks GPS check-in/out for transparency.

You’ll get photos and notes after each visit.
Home Access

We require a lockbox. You may provide your own or purchase one from us.

In the event your management does not allow lockboxes, we require two key copies.

Inaccessible homes = missed visit, no refund.

Key returns available by appointment (fees may apply for delivery/mailing).
Holiday Services

We observe major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4).

$10 holiday surcharge applies per visit.

Cancel 5+ days in advance to avoid charges.
Emergencies

We’ll contact you (or your emergency contact) right away.

If urgent, we’ll take your pet to the nearest vet.

Clients are responsible for vet bills unless due to staff negligence.
Our Team

We use a team-based system to ensure reliability.

A primary walker is assigned when possible, but backups may fill in as needed.

All walkers are trained, background-checked, and insured.
Communication

Use the app for updates, reports, and schedule changes.
-
Office hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm.

Be respectful in communication—abuse of staff will result in service termination.
