THE MEET & GREET
Every Bow Waus relationship starts with a complimentary meet & greet at your home with one of our experienced team leads. This isn't just a quick introduction – it's where we learn your pet's personality, routine, and preferences while you get to know us.
After the meet & greet, your team lead will personally introduce other team members to your pet during their first few scheduled visits, ensuring everyone knows your furry family member before working independently. This team approach means your pet always has familiar, trusted caregivers, even when schedules change.
Complete routine discussion – feeding, walking, quirks, and preferences
We'll answer any clarifying questions you might have and introduce you to our scheduling system and process
