Your first meeting with us will be with an experienced team lead. At your next visit, our team leads will introduce our talented staff to your pets and go over everything they need to know. We will make adjustments to our system for anxious dogs.

1. Schedule A
Meet & Greet
Schedule your meet and greet online. It’s quick and easy! We’ll visit your home to meet your pets, go over how everything works, and make sure all your questions are answered.
2. Personalized Care Plan
At this step, we will have sent you access to our scheduling app, Scout. From there, you can fill out your pet's profile and start scheduling visits!
3. Let Us Take It
From There
At your first visit, our team lead will be there to introduce your pets to their new walker. We’ll make sure everyone feels comfortable. Expect coming home to happy pets!
